A statement issued by the GPC branch in the area mentioned that elements from the YSP stormed on Sunday the headquarters in the village and removed the sign to replace it with another one bearing the name of Taqadum Sports Club of the YSP. The statement said the headquarters was bought by the GPC leadership I the village and was repaired before the presidential and local elections held last September.

The statement, a copy of which received by the almotamar.net mentioned that after reporting the incident to security authority and the evacuation of the headquarters and arrest of the perpetrators the GPC leadership there was surprised that the perpetrators were released without interrogation and they have stormed the building again.

The statement said after that the GPC branch learnt from security sides that there were instructions from the local council secretary general Ali Hayder Matir not to interrogate those elements who are affiliate to the YSP. The GPC demanded the ministries of local administration and the interior to conduct investigation into using the local council for serving those elements and the security sides working in response to illegal instructions.

Meanwhile members of the GPC leadership in the village demanded investigation into threats that GPC activists there of repeated attempts of attacks by those armed elements.
