Almotamar.net - A funeral procession was held Thursday morning in the capital Sana'a for the deceased former governor of Al-Dhalie, member of the permanent committee of the General People's Congress (GPC) Saleh Al-Junaid. The deceased died in a car accident Wednesday on the road linking Aden to Al-Dhalie in company with sheikh sultan al-Barakani, the GPC assistant secretary general, who suffered from simple injuries. Both GPC leading officials were on their way to attend meetings of the permanent committee in the governorate of Al-Dhalie.

The deceased Al-Junaid was buried in Al-Rahman cemetery in Hada area, the funeral ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister Ali MUjawar, the GPC secretary general Abdulqader Bajammal, and a large number of citizens and social figures.
