Almotamar.net - Minister for Local Administration Abdulqader Hilal said Thursday arrangements are underway for the election of secretary general and administration body of Al-Jawf governorate local council.

He told almotamar.net the ministry has communicated with the governorate leadership and many members of the local council there. The minister added," We have found conviction among all on the necessity of regular work of the local council work and practicing its daily duties through an administration body."

Al-Jawf local council failed to complete election of the secretary general and the administration body after the chaos caused by a member from the Islah party Hussein Ali because of indicators pointing to winning of his rival the former secretary general from the General People's Congress Abdulwahab Al-Dhamin of the post of the local council secretary general.
