Almotamar.net - Political parties and organisations that attended Monday the meeting for which President Ali Abdullah Saleh called for conducting an open dialogue on all the national issues expressed their great appreciation and high evaluation of the president's call for dialogue and making it as including all parties of the political process and civil society organisations.

They also indicated that the dialogue represented the sole means for tackling all the issues and problems in the society away from political adversity and media wrangles that harm Yemen and its higher interests.

Those parties expressed also their regret for the JMP parties boycotting of the meeting and not responding to the president's call, who is keen to deal with all the political forces considering them representing an integrated system in the frame of the political system based on political and party pluralism. Those parties denounced the JMP's irresponsible and unjustifiable stand which expresses a narrow-minded vision and egoism in dealing with the other and the attempt of dismissing him and that is contradictory with the simplest concepts and bases of democracy that accepts the other and the dialogue as foundation and precept of the democratic practice.

The parties that attended the meeting on Monday expressed their rejection of all attempts trying to take political advantage of some issues and problems from which the society suffers for misleading and causing chaos and inflame the feelings as well as harming the national unity and social peace. They stressed the importance of resorting to objective treatments of the reality problems within the framework of aware comprehension of facts of reality.

The parties and organisations praised the government measures foe ending phenomena of arms in the cities and the provincial capitals as part of applying the law of carrying weapons.
