almotamar.net - Member of the General People's Congress (GPC) General Committee and MP Mohammed al-Nuwaira on Saturday reviewed the tasks the members and cadres of the GPC have to shoulder for activating the organisation of the GPC in line with the decisions and recommendations adopted by the GPC Main Permanent Committee in its session last August as well as instructions of the General Committee that all aim to increase the organisational, political and mass action of the GPC.

In his lecture delivered in a meeting of the GPC branch in the district of Rajim of Al-Mahweet governorate Saturday evening on the first anniversary of re-election of the president of the republic al-Nuwaira pointed out many of the successes and achievements realized by the GPC arouse anger of others.

He said there are some who take advantage of the circumstances which Yemen and the world are experiencing in order to deform the bright image that Yemen reached and that stance makes it imperative for facing those prevarications and ambitions aimed at the homeland and that must be a major task to be undertaken by members of the GPC to make those interested only in their self-interest miss that opportunity. The GPC members have great tasks to do in translating the election programme of president Ali Abdullah Saleh as the circumstances around us and the challenges dictate intensification of organisation activity and adherence to the citizens for clarifying the truth of the great concepts aimed by the GPC and its political leadership to be achieved through implementation of the president's platform as well as realization of political, economic and social reforms called for by the president through the dialogue for which the president called al the parties. .
