almotamar.net - Advisor to President of the republic Abdulqader Bajammal on Sunday asserted the importance of the constitutional amendments as a national necessity for reforming the political system in Yemen and giving large and full powers to the ruling system to be established in the governorates and districts of the country as an important step to getting rid of centralisation.

In his political lecture Sunday in Seyoun city to local authority leaderships, social figures, intellectuals and media people Bajammal said the ongoing large discussion on the amendments would lead us to a coherent national vision making us look at the future with scrutinizing and \ware look.

He said "We have to open out minds to new thinking away from tensions because the amendments came to make institutions entertain monitoring characteristic and the local rule has to exercise al its powers and give people ability to work.

Mr Bajammal assed the local rule is one of the requirements of the constitutional amendments and a major demand of the General People's Congress as it was a demand of a number of political parties and organisations. He reiterated emphasis and keenness on dialogue as it is considered a national approach and that it is a necessity. He said the dialogue language would enhance security and stability in this homeland.
