According to a press release from the office of lawyer Jamal al-Jaabi the court issued on Sunday its decision of canceling the administration decision No. 20 for the year 2003 concerning the lawsuit of transferring Abdulrahim Muhsin Saif only and its rightfulness compared to others.

In addition to that the plaintiffs Abdulrahim Muhsin Saif, Kamal Ahmed Saeed al-Hakimi, Fadhl Mohammed Ali al-Abdali and Labib Abdulrahman Mohamed al-Absi deserve the financial dues of allowances, awards and others pursuant to the law No. 20 for 2003 regarding the rules of procedure concerning employees at the Presidency office and the defendant (the Presidency Office) is obliged to pay them in the manner explained in the legal reasons.

According to the pres release the defendant bears costs and fines of the prosecution amounting to YR 200 thousand.
