Almotamar.net - A source at the Yemeni Foreign Ministry stated Wednesday that Yemen has expressed its willingness to an open hosting of two delegations from the movements of Fatah and Hamas to discuss the ideas included in the Yemeni initiative aimed to uniting the Palestinian rank. He pointed out that the Palestinians are owners of the actual interest in overcoming differences among them.

The foreign ministry source affirmed that the initiative came for unifying the Palestinian rank because the Palestinian dispute would only benefit enemies of the Palestinian people and damages their just cause.

It is to be recalled that out of its keenness on healing the rift in the Palestinian rank and in service of struggle of the Palestinian people and their issue the Yemen President Ali Abdullah Saleh presented the initiative which was handed over to the Chairman of the Palestinian National Authority Mahmoud Abbas and the head of the Political Office of Hamas Movement Khalid Mishaal.
