Almotamar.net - The scientific conference of Arab family development held in Egypt beginning of this week has awarded chairwoman of the Yemeni Women Union, the secretary general of Arab Women Federation Ramziya Al-Eryany the Distinction Coat of Arms in development of the Arab and Yemeni woman.

Taking part in the honouring were presidents of Egyptian universities and deans of social service institutes in Egypt. The event came on the sidelines of the conference meetings.

Honouring of Ms al-Eryany came in recognition of her continuous efforts and her distinguished role in sustainable development of the Arab and Yemeni family. Ms al-Eryany stated she is proud of this honouring and expressed her happiness of it as well as her gratitude for all Yemeni women who have the role in her winning this award. She said she presents the honouring award to all the Yemeni women who have worked hard for having their own distinguished imprints in development of the woman and her education, in educating girls and raising the social awareness about the importance of partnership in development between the women and the men.

She has pointed out the role of Egypt in education in Yemen which then realised that the key to development is education. She said it was fortunate for her to be able to open the doors of diplomacy for the Yemeni woman, to work on unifying the Arab woman rank and to work in the organisation of the Arab woman since the mid of the eighties.
