Almotamar Net - The Yemeni Punitive First Instant Court on Tuesday decided to send  the case of the 22 Iranian defendants accused of entering Yemeni regional waters illegally as well as possession and trafficking  of drugs back to the general prosecution for further investigations after emergence of recent developments in the case. The court decision was announced yesterday in its sitting chaired by Judge Muhsin Alwan, head of the court. The general prosecution referred file of the case to the court last week but the court asked opening the investigation in the light of a report presented by the technical team of Anti-drug Trafficking that was able to seize about one ton and 59 kg of narcotics in the launch the defendants were boarding.

The Iranian launch was caught last February offshore Almahara governorate when it illegally entered the Yemeni regional waters and on board of it 11 Iranian sailors.
