Almotamar.net - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has on Friday left Sana'a rapping up an official visit to Yemen during which he held talks with president Ali Abdullah Saleh dealt developments of the Palestinian cause and situations in the region.

During his stay in Yemen the Palestinian President informed President Saleh on developments of situations in the Palestinian arena in the light of the truce agreement in Gaza Strip between Hamas and Israel as well as the call he had sent for holding a national Palestinian dialogue in the light of articles of the Yemeni initiative for healing the rift in the Palestinian rank.

President Saleh and the Palestinian President expressed their welcome of the truce, hoping it will hold on in the way that would help the Palestinian people end the blockade and their suffering and both Presidents confirmed the importance of the initiative concerning the national unity as it has become an Arab resolution.
