Almotamar.net - The Specialised First Instant Criminal Court approved Sunday imprisonment of defendant Mohammed Mohammed al-Maqaleh for two months since he was arrested and six months suspended sentence because of his assailment on a government official and insulting judiciary.

Al-Maqaleh is accused of disrespect of the post of the chief and deputy of the specialised punitive prosecution with the aim of hindering a sitting held for trying Sana'a 2nd Cell when Jaafar Mohammed al-Marhabi and others were prosecuted on charges of formation of an armed gang for killing and sabotage and targeting security and military installations.

The prosecution gave directives in the court session on Sunday chaired by Judge Radwan al-Nimr for the release of al-Maqaleh in implementation of the sentence of two months that he served in his imprisonment that expired on Sunday.
