In the ceremony, President Saleh delivered a speech in which he congratulated young students who participated in the centers on the occasion of incoming the holly month of Ramadan and praised success the centers achieved.

"This is a positive and active tendency for attracting youth and students for reading and memorizing the holly Koran for gaining benefit instead of spending their vacation time with fun and playing," said the president.
