Almotamar.net - Specialised First Instance Criminal Court in Yemen holds Tuesday its sitting decided for pronouncing judgment in the case of four persons accused of setting up an armed gang for attacking foreign tourists and planning for attacks on government institutions and foreign interests. It is the cell that was caught in Al-Sania district in the capital Sana�a and was known by the name of Al-Sania terrorist cell.

At a precious sitting of the court the prosecution charged the first till the third defendants of the cell, consisted of Mohammed Muhsin al-Saadi, 24, Munir Hassan al-Buni, 23, Issam Mohammed Ghailan, 24 and Usama Muhsin al-Saadi, 15, of forming an armed group on a criminal accord for carrying out criminal acts and planning for attacking foreign tourists, foreign interests and government installations.

The prosecution accused the fourth defendant of attacking law-enforcing employees and firing in their direction addition to threatening them with hurling a grenade at them to prevent them from arresting one member of the cell.
