Almotamar.net.Saba - President Ali Abdullah Saleh conducted on Monday phone call with Libyan counterpart Muammar al-Gaddafi to intensify efforts to realize Arab solidarity.

During his phone conversation with al-Gaddafi, President Saleh also called for strengthening cooperation relations and activating joint Arab action.

The two leaders discussed the relations between the two brotherly countries and ways of promoting them in various fields.

They also talked about several issues of common interest in both the Arab and Islamic arenas in the light of the suffering of Arab Islamic nations of weakness.
