Almotamar.net, Saba - Vice President Abdu Raboh Mansor Hadi attended on Wednesday a rally organized in Taiz governorate to mark the Democracy Day- 27 April.In the rally, the vice president delivered a speech in which he conveyed regards of president Saleh to the participants in the rally, saying that such rally reflects real disease of the Taiz citizens to strengthen democracy and build new Yemen.

He highlighted role of the governorate in Yemen's revolutions and struggling against colonialism, saying that the Yemeni people brought an end for imamate and colonialism and achieved the unification on 22nd May of 1990.

He warned all who dream to return the country to pre 22nd May, saying that the people would not be tolerance with them

"Revolution and unification taught us how to deal with plots which target the national unity and disturb the security and stability of the nation," he said.

The vice president called on all to stay against outlaw acts, terrorism and vandalism, condemning irresponsible believers which spread culture of disinclination, regionalism, and separation.

Existence of disagreement and dispute is normal, but it should be under roof of the national principles, revolution, unification, freedom, democracy, security and stability, he said.

He added that the new generation has to shoulder their responsibility to enhance achievements and national interests as well as defend on unity and democracy.

The vice president affirmed need of the nation for security and stability in order to achieve further development

He made it clear that the ceremony of marking 20th anniversary of the unification would be staged in the governorate of Taiz next year, asking to finalize all development projects in the governorate.

Hadi added that mistakes and negatives have been tackled within framework of the unification and democracy.
