Almotamar.net - An appeals court, in its sitting Sunday under chairmanship of Judge Ahmed al-Badani, in Amran, Yemen, sentenced to death defendant Abdul-Aziz al- Abdi, a man who shot dead a Jewish compatriot Masha al-Nahari in Raida area on 11 December 2008.
In March the Specialised Penal Court in Amran decided the case by condemning al-Abdi of killing the Jewish citizen Mash and compelled the killer of offering YR 5.5 million blood money to the victim�s family and ruled the man was mentally unstable and sent him to a psychiatric institution, but the victim's father appealed the verdict.
