Almotamar.net - Yemen's foreign minister Dr Abu Bakr al-Qirbi said the crisis of Saada can be solved if the Houthi revels the government conditions , indicating that the authority would no longer accept any mediation, whether internal or external but under the these conditions.
The foreign minister added that the Houthis ambitions are many and multiple; the main of which reinstatement of the imamate rule that was toppled by eruption of the 26 September revolution in 1962, emphasizing that the Yemeni government is ready to accept the existence of the Houthis as an officially recognized political party on condition of abandoning weapons.
Al-Qirbi also refused the talk in that prolongation of the war would cause internationalization of o the issue of Saada, saying comparison between the Saada crisis and that of Darfur in Sudan is "unjust and untrue" pitying that there is no ethnical conflict in Yemen but rather a group violating the law and the constitution.
The minister denied , in a dialogue with the Emirates Al-Khaleej newspaper published on Tuesday, that Yemen is fighting a surrogate war, emphasizing that its war is against a group resisting the state by violating the constitution and the law , indicating that Sana'a receives political support from all thee Gulf states and the rest of the Arab countries in this regard.
