The rebellion waited until the coming of the convenient circumstances for it in order to re-emerge in a different shape but with the same old scheme. On the other hand, the Movement is motivated by ambitions of the dreams of going back to the rule of Sultanates and Sheikhdoms, the southern part of the homeland was experiencing under the colonization. He demanded the political elite to read the situation in the country in general and the Houthi sedition of rebellion in Saada sincerely and objectively.

Bin Daghr clarified that local and regional factors interfered in the conflict in Saada. He said there is regional and international interest that necessitated the external presence in Saada, affirming the GPC's comprehension is a republican-monarchic conflict whereas others do not see that.

In the seminar Bin Daghr welcomed in the name of the GPC the dialogue with all parties for what serves the country and for coming out with a united vision for the achievement of the aspired for alignment.
