Almotamar.net - In a massive meeting held in Hadramout province on Monday, comprised more than five thousand of the population of Hadramout from scholars , Sheikhs, notables , social and cultural personalities and civil society organisations , they condemned the crime that claimed lives of a number of the best sons of the homeland , namely the director of Hadramout security , the director general of the political security in the valley and desert of Hadramout and a number of officers and soldiers and an employee in the civil aviation establishment.

The participants in the meeting emphasized their keenness on public peace and establishment of general security on every inch of Yemen and on the citizen's right to live in peace and safe wherever he goes and on all the sons of Hadramout. They have also expressed their denunciation of that outrageous act and emphasized their support and standing by in the face of anyone who wants to threaten the homeland and its people.

They have also announced their full backing up to families of the victims and to work together for realizing their demands that the state with of its relevant institutions to bear h responsibility of following up what happened and chasing the perpetrators and sending them to judiciary for their punishment, and to give a full picture to President Ali Abdullah Saleh who for his part made on Monday a phone call with the participants in that gathering.

President Saleh praised the results of the meeting and expressed his condolences to the families of the martyrs of duty who came under that criminal incident, praising the stands of the sons of Hadramout and their keenness on security and stability and public peace in the homeland and their standing against whoever wants to inflict harm on the homeland.

The President said the population of Hadramout have been always at the forefront for serving the homeland and preserving its peace , security and stability and have offered an example in their loyalty , awareness and shouldering the national responsibility and their keenness on respecting the law and order.

The President confirmed that the criminals would not get away with their crime without punishment and the security apparatuses would not hesitate in capturing them and sending them to justice. He has also praised the courage of the martyrs in that brutal incident, describing them as heroes and courageous in facing the criminals who targeted them in an ambush.

The participants in that meeting expressed their pride and gratefulness of what the President of the republic expressed of his keen stands to all sons of the homeland. They expressed their rally behind his leadership in leading the homeland to the shores of security, peace and prosperity.
