Almotamar.net - A Yemeni military source said Tuesday that military units have managed to take control of a number of heights to the east and south areas of Wahban Mountain, among them Ghazi, and Mahajir Adwan positions. They inflicted heavy losses on the terrorist elements in lives. Army fighters and in cooperation with citizens they managed to control of the heights of Gharaz and cleared them from the elements of terror and sabotage.

The source added that hideouts of the elements of terror and destruction in many positions in Al-Mahathir, Al Ammar,, near the city of Saada , Al-Malahidh and Sufyan were pounded and inflicted them heavy losses in lives and ammunition.
A military unit managed to deal a painful strike to terrorist and sabotage elements that sustained heavy losses in men during their attempt to infiltrate into positions near Al-Zalan Mountain and near Al-Khazan Mountain and Al-Hanan heights.

The source added that 18 of the elements of terror and sabotage were arrested in a number of areas in Saada, among them the terrorist Abdullah Mohammed Salem al-Sheikh.

On the other hand the sources clarified that 12 citizens were injured when terrorist elements opened fire on them in Saada, Al-Samaa and Darb Radea.
