Almotamar.net - Military sources in Yemen have said that military units could destroy a group of weapons belonging to the elements of terror and destruction while other military units inflicted heavy losses in lives and equipment on those elements in areas of Sabkhana, Al-Maarasa, Al-Jarahiya and al-Khazan Mountain.

The sources added that an infiltration attempt by terrorist elements to a position near Al-Hanan heights was aborted and many of those elements were killed or wounded and they fled the area before advance of armed forces and security in Saada axis and they left behind them quantities of weapons and ammunition in a number of positions they were present at.

Military and security units in Sufyan axis continued their combing operations of the areas already cleared from the elements of terror and sabotage and removing landmines and explosives. Tens of terrorist elements were killed in the mountains close to Al-Murabaa at a time the armed forces fighters destroyed hideouts of the rebels near Al-Majzaa and Saifan, inflicting on them heavy losses in lives.

The sources said many of the elements of terror and sabotage were killed, among them a leading terrorist Abbas Aydha and army fighters also destroyed the headquarters of terrorist Yusuf al-Mudani who was wounded in addition to destruction of a vehicle carrying weapons and terrorist elements in the area of Malaf Saifan.

Armed forces have also repelled two attempts of infiltration by terrorist elements in Shabariq and Abla valley and inflicted heavy losses on those elements.

Information reports the killing of terrorist Abu Hayder, a field leader of terrorist elements in Wasit, Al-Madraj and Al-Amshiya.

The sources pointed out that there is a state of resentment among ranks of the terrorist elements against their leadership and disobedience to its orders and that many of those elements have surrendered following the calls issued by the army to them.

On the other hand sources at the local authority in Saada province and some villages and districts have faced up to rebel elements infiltration attempts into their areas inflicting on them heavy losses in lives.

On the other hand, the sources said that elements of terror shelled the house of citizen Adib Jassar in Mahsana area because he did not allow them to use his house fore their operations and that resulted in the killing of the citizen and destruction of his house. Nevertheless those elements had insisted on occupying the remains of the house.

The sources also disclosed that the Houthi terrorists intend to publish a video part showing some of those elements in military uniforms to imply that military men are fighting in their ranks for promotion of their rumours and lies.
