Almotamar.net - The Yemeni government is to launch a programme for attracting the talented qualified occupy government posts, at a cot estimated at $450 thousand. That is part of the first priority of the ten priorities of the government which President Ali Abdullah Saleh directed for executing in the years 2010 and 2011and that would be through a ministerial executive bureau chaired by Prime Minister Dr Ali Mohammed Mujawar and a technical committee to be chaired d by the cabinet Secretary General.

Well-informed sours revealed to Almotamar.net the estimated cost allotted to the technical and financial requirements for preparing the government programme is distributed on diagnosing the present situation through a number of studies costing $ 275 thousand , the perceptions required for preparing them with the aim attracting around 100 talented persons and chancing the public service to an attracting one at a cost of $165 thousand , preparing the policies, mechanisms and plans required for moving from the present situation to the supposed situation for attracting the talented at a cost of $10 thousand.

The sources clarified that the basis of the government programme is the creation n of attractive employment environment , enabling her attraction of qualified talents from inside and outside government institutions to be built on the best international criteria which are based on transparency and competition .
