Almotamar.net - The Secretary General of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC) Ekmeledin Ihsanoglu on Thursday has shown his satisfaction over the agreement of halting the war between the Yemeni government and the Houthi rebels.

He also confirmed the OIC firm and continuous support for Yemen�s territorial unity and stability and its security and territorial safety.

In a statement on Thursday the OIC Secretary General said that as part o the organization efforts for contributing to the stage of reconstruction, the humanitarian affairs administration would send a complete field hospital to Saada area with the aim to improve the health situation of the displaced persons to accelerate its assistance to Yemen . He also called on the Islamic states to support the Organization�s humanitarian and development programme in Yemen.

President Ali Abdullah Saleh has last Thursday 11th of this month announced the ceasefire and stopping the military operations against the Houthi rebels.
