Russian news agency Tass mentioned Friday that the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has instructed of offering humanitarian to Yemenis affected in the armed conflict.

It mentioned that the Reserve of the Russian government for tackling natural disasters allocated for this purpose $ 800 thousand. Also, the Russian Ministry for Emergencies would continue sending humanitarian aid to Saada via air.
