Almotamar.net - In its weekly meeting on Tuesday chaired by Prime Minister of the caretaker government Dr Ali Mohammed Mujawar the cabinet has approved a bill on work of Arab and foreign non-governmental organisations (NGO) in Yemen and directed completion of legal procedures to pass it.

The bill contains six chapters include definition, objectives and , validity , conditions of the licensing procedures of organizations to work in Yemen Republic and obligations of such organizations in addition to the privileges, facilities granted to them.
Approval of the bill aims at organizing and facilitating work of these organisations within social needs and according to the national plans in addition to rights of organisations meant by the bill.

Moreover, the regulation identified a set of commitments to be met by the organizations which want work in Yemen; the most important is the emphasis on respect of sovereignty of the country, the previsions of the constitution, law and regulations.
