This is based on prospects of speeding up implementation of many of the projects financed from outside and the beginning I building some of the foreign private sector projects and attracting part of foreign investments , especially investments coming from neighboring countries.

In a recent report obtained by almotamar.net the government also expects a reduction in unemployment rates in the years 2011 and 2012 compared to their level in the year 2010 as a result of a boom occurring in investment in those years because of activation of the use of donors pledges besides attraction of local and foreign private sector investment for carrying out many of productive projects in addition to beginning operation of services and productive projects currently under construction.

The report pointed out that unemployment constitutes one of the most dangerous challenges facing the Yemeni society especially under the high population growth and the increasing number of people entering the labour market.

Almotamar Net - Doctors use the word “crisis” to describe the point at which a patient either starts to recover or dies. President George W. Bush’s Iraqi patient now seems to have reached that point. Most commentators appear to think that Bush’s latest prescription – a surge of 20,000 additional troops to suppress the militias in Baghdad – will, at best, merely postpone the inevitable death of his dream of a democratic Iraq. Yet as “Battle of Baghdad” begins, factors beyond Bush’s control and not of his making (at least not intentionally) may just save Iraq from its doom.
